Privacy Policy — Revoza
Who we are: Revoza (revoza.co.il) is an Israeli web-design studio. Contact: hi@revoza.co.il.
What we collect: contact-form details (name, phone, business field, optional message), client account data (email; passwords stored hashed), materials clients provide for their websites, aggregate page-view statistics, and security logs. Beyond the TikTok Pixel described under Cookies & ad measurement below, we use no profile cookies and no other tracking tools.
Social platform APIs (TikTok / Instagram): when a client orders social-media management, their accounts are connected via the platforms' official APIs after the account owner's explicit OAuth authorization. We store the access tokens, the account identifier/username, and the content we create and publish on the client's behalf. This data is used solely to publish approved content at scheduled times and to read account data required for that purpose. Tokens are stored on our own server with restricted access and are never shared with third parties. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the platform's security settings or by contacting us; revoked tokens are deleted.
AI: our language model runs locally on our own server — user inquiries are not sent to external AI services. Image generation uses fal.ai and receives image descriptions only, never personal data.
Cookies & ad measurement: a single essential session cookie for authenticated areas, plus the TikTok Pixel on our public marketing pages for advertising measurement (conversions from our TikTok campaigns), processed by TikTok under its own privacy policy and adjustable via TikTok's ad settings or browser cookie controls. No other tracking.
Sub-processors: OVH (EU hosting), Cloudflare R2 (encrypted backups, 30-day retention), fal.ai (image prompts only), TikTok and Meta (API connections as described), TikTok Pixel (ad measurement on marketing pages). We never sell personal data.
Your rights: access, correction and deletion requests via hi@revoza.co.il, answered within 30 days. Our services are not directed at minors under 18. This summary is provided for convenience; the binding version is the Hebrew privacy policy.
