Terms of Service — Revoza
Who we are: Revoza (revoza.co.il) is an Israeli web-design studio building websites and digital assets for small businesses. Contact: hi@revoza.co.il.
Services: website design and development, content writing, domain and hosting, maintenance, and social-media management for clients. The approved quote defines the exact scope for each client.
Ownership: upon full payment, the finished website, domain and content belong to the client. Revoza's internal tooling remains ours, licensed to the client for operating their site.
Social platforms: where a client orders social-media management, accounts are connected only through the platforms' official APIs (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) with the account owner's explicit authorization, revocable at any time from the platform's settings. Platform terms also apply.
Liability: we are responsible for professional work and for fixing faults caused by our work; our total liability is capped at the fees actually paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months. Indirect damages are excluded except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Law: these terms are governed by Israeli law; exclusive jurisdiction — the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district. This summary is provided for convenience; the binding version is the Hebrew terms of service.
